What should I bring to the first trial class?
For the first training session, you will need: comfortable sportswear (t-shirt, leggings), socks, change of shoes (e.g., Crocs), hair neatly tied back, a water bottle, and a good mood with eagerness to train 😉
What happens during a trial class?
The first classes are held in a playful and comfortable way, so the child can gently discover the world of rhythmic gymnastics. Our main goal is to spark interest and help the child fall in love with sport. During the class, the coach also conducts an initial assessment of the child's physical abilities.
Do you accept all children?
Yes, our school is open to almost all children. We believe that every girl has potential, and our role is to help her unlock it in a comfortable and supportive environment.
How does the training process work?
Our method is based on a love for sport and the harmonious development of the child. We use modern and time-tested approaches, combining the experience of top coaches and specialists. This allows us to build a strong physical foundation, develop flexibility, coordination and endurance, and form correct movement skills for life.
Can a parent stay during the class?
During the first trial class, a parent may stay. After that, classes take place without parents present, so children can focus better, adapt more easily, and build trust with the coach.
